These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, purchase orders and supply of veterinary rapid test products and related services through this website.
B2B Use and Product Purpose
Our products are supplied for professional, veterinary, laboratory, distribution or other lawful business use. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary judgement, diagnosis or treatment. Users must follow the applicable product instructions for use and all local laws and regulatory requirements.
Quotations, Orders and Pricing
Product availability, specifications, minimum order quantities, pricing, payment terms and delivery terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. No quotation is binding until we accept the order in writing.
Product Information
Product claims, storage conditions, shelf life and performance information are governed by the relevant product label, technical documentation and instructions for use. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable and permitted for their intended market and use.
Payment, Title and Risk
Payment is due in accordance with the accepted quotation or order confirmation. We may suspend production, dispatch or further supply if payment is overdue. Title to products remains with us until all amounts due for the relevant order are received in full. Risk transfers as stated in the order confirmation or applicable delivery term.
Shipping, Import and Delivery
Shipping arrangements, delivery timing, freight costs, insurance, customs clearance and import duties are set out in the order confirmation where applicable. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for applicable import requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inspection, Claims and Returns
Buyers should inspect products promptly upon receipt. Any concern regarding damage, shortage or non-conformity should be reported with relevant evidence as soon as reasonably possible. Returns require our prior written approval and must follow our return instructions. Product-specific remedies are subject to the applicable order confirmation and instructions for use.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly confirmed in writing, products are supplied as described in the applicable documentation and we make no additional express or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, lost-profit, business interruption or third-party losses.
Buyer Responsibilities and Indemnity
The buyer is responsible for product registration, import clearance, storage, distribution, advertising and use in its market, except where expressly agreed in writing. The buyer will indemnify us against claims arising from the buyer’s unauthorised, unlawful or improper use, distribution, relabelling or promotion of products.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply disruption, transport delay, government action, epidemic, labour dispute, natural disaster or failure of utilities or communications.
Intellectual Property and Website Content
Website content, product information, trademarks, images and documents may not be copied, altered or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as needed to evaluate or use products lawfully supplied to you.
